Here You Can Change Your Facebook Login Page Background Image
You can change the background photo with any photo you want by clicking the Setting icon above the blue Log In button.
To remove the extension Goto -> Google Chrome Settings -> Extensions -> remove or disable the FB Refresh
NOTE - YOU CAN USE THIS TRICK ONLY IN GOOGLE CHROME BROWSER
